First of all, I want to ask you a question to yourselves.  In fact, just yell it out if you have the answer.  If you go to Google, what’s the first thing that you see on Google?  The logo.  If you go to eBay, on the upper left-hand corner, what’s the first thing you see?  Ebay… which is the what?  The logo.  If you go to Amazon, on the upper left-hand corner, what do you see?  The logo.  It’s the same thing for all the major companies.

Now the problem that the internet has had, is that we feel because these are huge companies, we don’t have to do the same things because we aren’t making hundreds of millions or billions of dollars so most people on the internet tend to ignore it.

Most websites on the internet, kind of look like this.  Tell me if you guys have ever seen this… dark blue, a white box, and then a sales letter in the middle of the page and you have no idea who even wrote the sales letter.  Anyone ever see something like that?  Well I’m here to tell you that’s not good enough… anymore.  Because, it’s harder and harder to get people to, not only buy once from us, but to buy again and again and again.  The most of money that you’ll ever spend is getting that first customer to buy from you.  Now, the breadth of the money should come easy, but the problem is, if they don’t recognize a second product that we’ve developed, all of a sudden we have a huge, huge problem - the problem being that they don’t recognize us so we lose all the trust.

But we are going to look at many different websites.  I am going to show you a simple technique to design a brand around your company, around your product, around your services that is very, very simplistic.  I want you to write down two words:  It’s called ‘Obvious Marketing.’

What ‘obvious marketing’ simply states is that ‘everything about you and your company should be obvious.  It should be in the correct position where people don’t have to look for it.’  So what we have to do is not only give them a certain logo, because the brand is much more than logo, it’s an entire look and feel of it.  And the cheapest way for you to make more money in the internet is you increase your look…
